Open Positions:

ingenious targeting laboratory has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Scientist in Antibody Engineering. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join collaborative projects that develop novel biologics and therapeutics. Responsible for collaborating with a small group of researchers and working independently within the scientific framework of the Antibody division of the Company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Animal / mouse immunization. Serum dilution and antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) development. Multiple ways not the standard way immunization experiences are preferred. Many different antigens will be tested; soluble proteins and cell surface proteins.
  • Once immunization assay is established, antibody cloning experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in areas of single B cell cloning, next generation BCT\R sequencing, yeast display, CHO display, antibody binding assay gives advantage. FACS is a must.
  • Develops new ideas that promote current research. Exercises a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive scientific research programs and activities of outstanding novelty and/or importance.
  • Work with a small group of researchers working on cutting edge targets and development of new methodology. Changes of research plan or direction may be anticipated weekly or even on a daily basis.
  • Makes decisions and recommendations that have a major impact on extensive scientific research activities.

Requirements

  • PhD with 1-3 years of postdoc experience with strong publications.
  • Need to be flexible and innovative.
  • Having immuno-research experience in the areas of infectious disease, inflammation, cancer bi-specific antibodies, and allergy.
